Shipping Policy

• All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (2 days to 6 days depending on location) unless specifically requested during the order entry process. Orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail to save you time and money. Shipping costs start as low as $4.99 for packages less than 1 pound. Tracking information will be sent to you when the package is picked up from our location.

• For orders totaling more than $100, particularly for apartments or condos, we may choose to add a $2.00 signature required delivery fee from UPS or USPS to your order to help prevent theft of packages left at your doorstep. This requires that someone must be there to sign for the package. Follow any directions left by UPS or USPS to receive your package in a timely manner.

• For overnight orders Tennis Dudes will normally call the customer to verify shipping and order information.   Please make sure you provide good contact information so that your order will not be delayed.

• Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges.
