pleasant experience. We appreciate your business and want to keep you as a good customer.
• Email sales@tennisdudes.com for any questions requiring a refund or exchange. You will be given a RA – return authorization- number that must be visible on the outside of the returned package.
• Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• Products cannot be returned if they have been worn or used; the original plastic wrap on the grip of a tennis racket must be in place and the racket cannot show any signs of wear.
• Returns for refund will only be accepted if there was a manufacturer defect or an error by Tennis Dudes. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
• All items must be purchased from Tennis Dudes and returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
• Returns for store credit or exchanges will be accepted for items that were purchased as gifts but are the wrong size (shoes, shorts, skirts).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Material and labor costs associated with stringing racquets will not be refunded unless it was our error.
• Please follow  the basic steps when making a return:

o Please call us before attempting a return to see if the return will be accepted.
o Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) from us for the item returned.
o Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
o If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
o All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
o All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
o The RA Number must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package.
o For your protection, we recommend that you use Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, DHL Ground, USPS Priority Mail or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a serious defect or a shipping error on our part.
• All items returned for credit/exchange must be in new resalable condition and in the original packaging with original tags.
• Items returned for warranty replacement can be exchanged or a replacement can be sent. Tennis Dudes does not issue credit for defective merchandise.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for all items sent to the manufacturer for their evaluation. All other returns will be completed upon arrival.
• The customer pays shipping costs for all returns unless we made an error with your order or the merchandise you received was damaged.
• 10% restocking charge will apply to all saleable items returned for credit. .Tennis Dudes reserves the right to refuse any and all items which do not meet the above terms and conditions.
