Orders Policy

• Minimum credit card order is $10.00.
• Orders received before 1:00 pm PST are usually shipped within two business days except when custom stringing of racquets is required. Racquets will be strung within 48 hours and shipped as soon as possible thereafter; you will be notified by email package tracking information when order is shipped.
• Overnight orders must be received by 11:00 am PST to ship same day. Please provide accurate contact information for overnight orders so we can call you.
• Our shipping charges are based upon the total weight and volume of your order. Shipping is automatically calculated. When you checkout, you will be offered multiple shipping options. For Saturday and Sunday delivery, please call for rates.
